Easy Returns

We hope you love your new padel gear, but if it’s not quite right, don’t worry — returning it is simple.

How long do I have?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it. Once you’ve told us, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back.

What can I return?

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of socks or underwear unless they’re faulty.

What if something’s wrong?

If your item is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong thing, we’ll sort it out — either with a refund, repair, or replacement — and we’ll cover the return postage.

How do I return?

  1. Email us at hello@wear-rulo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Re-pack your item securely and include your order details inside.

  3. Send it back to:
    2 Thomas Street, Haworth, West Yorkshire - BD22 8LQ
    (We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t be responsible for lost parcels.)

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Delivery charges are refunded if you return your whole order.

Need a different size or colour?

We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. Just return your item for a refund and place a new order.
